Dear Brother/Sister-in-Islam, SalamunAleikum.

Are you deeply concerned about the injustices our world is full of? Are you convinced that Islam is the only complete solution to humanity's problems, esp. to the problems we Muslims face? Do you wish you had the required knowledge and training to be able to use Islam to improve the world?

If your answer to the questions above is 'Yes', then this information will be of interest to you:

The Hawza in Qom, Iran is looking for a fresh intake of students from India. A panel of interviewers will be visiting various cities in India within February and March in search of suitable candidates. The selected candidates will have the opportunity to join the thousands of other students from all over the world already studying there, in developing themselves to better serve Islam. You can find out some more at http://www.qomicis.com/

Candidates must be Muslim, aged 18 years and above, and ought to have passed atleast the 12th standard (or equivalent). Please note that having had a prior madrasah education, or having knowledge of Arabic, Farsi or Urdu are not pre-requisites for admission. Persons from any educational or professional background may apply. What is important is that candidates must have a passion for learning about Islam and serving it. Married individuals are also welcome to apply.

If interested in seeking admission, please ask the prominent Shia Muslim scholars of Islam (eg: Imam-e-Juma) or the prominent Shia Muslim madrasahs in your part of India for dates and details. They will inshaAllah be able to guide you.

Best wishes.
